Building of six floors for office use, built between 1930 and 1933, subject to indirect constraint under Legislative Decree 42/2004 s.m.i. and at archaeological risk. The building renovation intervention aims to comprehensively redevelop the property with a partial change of use to create 15 new apartments and the maintenance of an office quota on the raised ground floor. The intervention also involves the seismic improvement of the existing structures and the partial demolition and reconstruction of the existing staircase and elevator shafts.
