Building renovation intervention of the building located at Viale Bianca Maria 31, dating back to the early 1900s. The six-story building has a total area of 2,200 square meters and has both internal and external decorative elements of high architectural value. The project aims to recover the attic and create 11 residential units through structural interventions for seismic improvement and energy efficiency, including insulation of the external envelope and renovation of the existing systems. The facades facing Viale Bianca Maria and Via Bellini will undergo restoration and conservation of the existing decorative elements.
